General Terms and Conditions for Donations for Mare Liberum e.V.

• Your donation to Mare Liberum e.V. is a completely voluntary contribution.
• Your contribution is tax-deductible as a donation in Germany. From an annual donation of 200 euros, we will automatically send you an annual donation receipt (if desired) in the first quarter of the following year. If needed you can request an immediate confirmation, by sending us an e-mail to accounting[at]mare-liberum.org. For all donation receipts, it is important that you include your postal address or select the desired option in the donation form, so that we can send you a donation receipt.
• You can request your donation back up to two months after donating. Please send a simple request to accounting[at]mare-liberum.org and you will get the donation back to the original payment method. If you have already received a donation receipt for this donation, please send it back to us.

Regular Donations

• Your regular donations are payable with three different payment options:
  - regular SEPA direct debit,
  - regular Paypal permanent donation,
  - regular debit from your credit card.
• In addition to the donation form, you can also place a standing order for donations directly with your bank to Mare Liberum.
• For permanent donations, which exceed an amount of 200 Euro per year, you will receive at the beginning of the following year automatically a annual donation receipt (if requested).
• If you want to cancel your regular donation (from the donation form) (immediately or at a fixed date), please send us an informal e-mail to accounting[at]mare-liberum.org with full address details and amount and rhythm. We will immediately terminate and delete the donation as a regular donation.

Supporting Membership

• Your supporting membership is a freely chossable, regular contribution and tax deductible.
• Your supporting membership is payable with three different payment options:
  - regular SEPA direct debit,
  - regular Paypal permanent donation,
  - regular debit from your credit card.
• In addition to the online form, you can also send us a PDF form with the corresponding SEPA direct debit mandate.
• We will send you an annual receipt (if desired) in the first quarter of the following year.
• The supporting membership can be changed or canceled anytime.
• If you want to cancel your your supporting membership immediately or at a fixed date, please send us a simple request via e-mail to accounting[at]mare-liberum.org with full address details and amount and rhythm. We will immediately terminate and delete the supporting membership.
